Clique Health, Inc. ("Clique," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our hospital compute orchestration platform and related services (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account Information: Name, email address, organization, role, and authentication credentials when you register for our Services.
• Usage Data: Log data, device information, IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services.
• Protected Health Information (PHI): We may process PHI on behalf of our healthcare customers (Covered Entities) strictly as a Business Associate under HIPAA. We do not use PHI for our own purposes.
• Technical Data: Compute workload metadata, infrastructure configuration data, and performance metrics generated through use of the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
• Authenticate users and manage access controls
• Monitor platform performance, reliability, and security
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
• Comply with legal obligations, including HIPAA requirements
• Improve and develop new features (using de-identified or aggregated data only)

3. Protected Health Information (PHI)

When acting as a Business Associate under HIPAA, we process PHI solely as directed by the Covered Entity and in accordance with our Business Associate Agreement (BAA). We do not sell PHI. We do not use PHI for marketing. We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect PHI as required by the HIPAA Security Rule.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain session state and authenticate users. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Services are used. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third-party advertisers. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Services, including:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (subject to BAAs where PHI is involved)
• Authentication and identity management services
• Analytics providers (receiving only de-identified data)
• Customer support tools

All third parties with access to PHI are required to enter into Business Associate Agreements and comply with HIPAA requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. PHI is retained in accordance with the terms of the applicable BAA and customer agreements. Usage data is generally retained for up to 24 months. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Data portability

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. For more information, see our Security Overview.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
